Emefa is a finance manager with almost two decades of experience in managing the finance of NGOs, Office setup including developing administrative and human resource manuals and finance manuals. She began her career as a credit control officer with British airways in 2004, from there she worked at Ibis as a finance assistant, then finance officer before finally moving to Varkey Foundation in 2013 as a Finance Manager. In 2019, the projects of Varkey Foundation were innovated to Plan International Ghana where she continued her role as Finance Manager until January 2022 when the projects ended.
Emefa is a chartered accountant with ACCA (UK) and ICA (GH.) She has recognizable skills in the preparation of donor financial reports, donor budgets, audits, and treasury management.
