Issahaku Fatawu Gbambegu is a dedicated and results-driven development worker with a highly successful background in delivering quality interventions at the national, subnational and community settings through participatory approach. He is a team player with a knack for developing creative solutions to complex problems and thrives in a challenging environment.

He holds a Master of Science Degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Cape Coast and a Bachelor of Education (Management) degree from the University of Cape Coast. With over 8 years of progressive work, he has deep knowledge and experience in stakeholder engagement and management, report writing, project facilitation, cross-sectorial collaboration, and coordination.
