Roger Aikins

Roger started his career in 2002 as a Customer Service and Quality Assurance representative in the Telecommunications services sector. Since 2004, he has been at the centre of Administration and Human Resource Management spanning both local and International organizations, delivering tailor made Administrative systems and Human Resource modules ensuring that employee turnover is not recorded.

He is a people’s person, who has oversight responsibility for T-TEL’s Human Resources and Procurement functions. He holds a B.A (English & Philosophy) and an EMBA in Human Resources, all from the University of Ghana. He is passionate about talent acquisition and development.

Roger enjoys spending time with kids in his spare time and loves swimming and soccer.
