Noshie Iddisah

Noshie Iddisah is the Operations Director at T-TEL. She is a Grants Professional with over eighteen years’ experience working on large scale development projects in Ghana and project management experience. She has demonstrated expertise and understanding of the establishment and implementation of grant management systems. She has worked for donor funded projects, with the responsibility of the overall disbursement and management of grants and fiduciary risks; grant selection processes, the grants cycle process and making recommendations for grant awards on the project, budgeting, and reporting. She has also led in the design and organization of capacity building training programmes on policy advocacy, monitoring and evaluation, gender equality and social inclusion, financial management, amongst others, for colleges of education, civil society organisations, community-based organisations and parliamentary select committees. Imbedded in this was developing and implementing procurement of services and strategies adapted to the needs of stakeholders within the scope of programmes. She has in-depth knowledge and experience of DFID and the wider international development assistance systems and has managed development projects, administering, managing, and disbursing grants for the Government of Ghana aimed at institutional reform of the forest sector in Ghana. She also has experience in sourcing, distribution, and compliance.
