Ernest Wesley-Otoo

Ernest Wesley-Otoo has significant experience in education policy development, implementation, and evaluation with the Ministry of Education where he worked on policy planning and development partner cooperation, most recently he worked with UNESCO as National Project Officer for the Norwegian Teacher Initiative.
