Tinyep Mobya is an educationist and development communications professional with experience in communications, inclusive education and youth engagement. She supports the Ministry of Education and its agencies on reforms that aim to improve teaching and learning outcomes, with a strong focus on inclusivity and values-based education.

Her contributions include supporting the development of Ghana’s first Ghanaian Sign Language curriculum and the senior high school mathematics curriculum for blind learners. She has also been involved in developing a values-based handbook designed to guide character development and promote core national values among learners.

Beyond curriculum work, Tinyep creates platforms that elevate youth voices and strengthen their participation in policy conversations that shape their future.

She also draws on her background in communications to make information more accessible. Tinyep has experience using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom, and she uses a range of digital platforms to produce visual content, document programmes and support social change campaigns.
