Bea Noble-Rogers

Bea Noble Rogers is an educationalist with extensive experience having worked at a national level with initial teacher trainers (ITT), local authorities (LAs) and schools. The most significant feature her work is the ability to conceive and negotiate highly effective solutions to secure educational development and the constructive interpretation and implementation of National priorities. Key areas of work have been: developing training for literacy and phonics in ITT, improving and increasing the roles of school in ITT partnerships and evaluating and supporting high quality practice in ITT. Working directly with ITT providers through: consultation, the development of materials and the evaluation and review of performance has provided Bea with an outstanding opportunity to learn about the principles, and to influence the practices, of outstanding teacher education.
