Wilhemina Gyamfi

Mina has extensive experience in education systems development and project coordination with effective controls over programme variables. She held a few key roles within the Transforming Teacher Education and Learning (T-TEL) Programme funded by FCDO. She started at T-TEL as the Leadership and Institutional Development Coordinator, providing support to 46 public Colleges of Education to become ‘Centres of Excellence’ through improved leadership, governance and training, building a more coherent teacher education sector, through improved coordination, quality assurance systems, research and policy guidance. She was also a Zonal Field Supervisor, then a Zonal Team Leader for the Eastern and Greater Accra (EGA) zones with oversight responsibility of all T-TEL related activities in the 9 Colleges of Education within the two zones. She is the Secondary Education Quality Assurance & Assessment Coordinator at T-TEL.
