Issahaku Abudulai
Issahaku Abudulai is a Regional Team Lead based in Walewale. He has 10 years classroom teaching experience spanning JHS, SHS through to the College of Education. He also has over 16 years’ experience working with varied teams to implement education programs in Ghana. Over the years, he has worked in these teams that have implemented complementary education programs: functional literacy, wings school concept and others. He also has some experience in using technology to support teaching in the classroom and adopting innovative ways to improve Early Childhood Education. Contributing immensely to the transformation of teacher education in Ghana, he has extensive knowledge of the National Teachers’ Standards of Ghana. Issahaku has strong competencies in the areas of teacher professional development, coaching and mentoring of teachers, designing teacher capacity building workshops, building strategic partnerships and coalitions. He has a good knowledge of curriculum development. Issahaku is reliable and able to facilitate the development of team-owned workplans, implement and report in accordance with agreed formats and deadlines.
