I am a dedicated and results-driven finance person with a BSc in Accounting from the University of Ghana. Currently, I am working as a Finance Support Assistant at T-TEL, Head office, where I contribute to the smooth functioning of the finance department.

In my previous role as a Finance and Administration Manager at THE WINFORD BOUTIQUE HOTEL, I successfully maintained payroll reports and utilized financial systems and management tools to prepare accurate monthly financial and cost reports. I ensured timely filing and reporting to regulatory agencies such as SSNIT, GRA, and GTA, demonstrating my strong understanding of compliance requirements.

During my tenure as a Banking Hall Executive at FIDELITY BANK GHANA LIMITED, I honed my customer service skills by effectively handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.

I consistently ensured that all complaints were resolved within the stipulated time, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, I actively participated in opening accounts and played a key role in the promotion and marketing of the bank’s new products and services.
