Paul Twene

Paul Twene is a Regional Team Lead based in Nkoranza. Paul has professional and training background in Social Work, Youth Development   and Organization Development. He is a graduate of Institute of Social Studies (ISS), Netherlands, University of Cape Coast and University of Ghana. With over 23 years working experience in  development work,   Paul  has  worked  with  4 reputable International  NGOs:  Global Communities as a Capacity Building and Training Specialist on the Mastercard Foundation funded YIEDIE Project,  World Vision Ghana as Area Development Programme (ADP) / Cluster Manager,  Christian Children’s Fund of Canada as a Programme Manager, PLAN Ghana as a Community Facilitator / Community Development Coordinator,  and  Youth Development Foundation (local NGO) as a Project Coordinator. His areas of expertise include project management, partnership development, community development, children and youth development, organization development, capacity building and training.   Paul has managed education projects including   literacy boost (LB), Learning through Play (LTP), School Improvement (SIP) and Early Childhood Development (ECD) as well as projects in other sectors such as WASH, Health and Nutrition, Child protection.  Paul is result oriented and good team player.
