Joshua Amanor
Joshua Amanor is a Regional Support Assistant at T-TEL, based in Koforidua. In his role, he assists with operations, logistics, project management, and workshop reporting and reconciliation. From 2017 to 2021, he was a Supplier and Event Coordinator for a rental store, leading his team to achieve over 200% revenue increase and business expansion. Additionally, Joshua served as a volunteer Advisory Board member for the Ghana Library Authority Youth Engagement Center in Accra Central, funded by UNICEF. He gained practical experience during his internship at T-TEL, working with esteemed staff and the executive director. He contributed to the writing of the PLC Handbook 2 for Senior High School Teachers, observed interviews of candidates for HRO and Administrative Assistant Positions, and participated in project roadmap update meetings, enhancing his project management skills. Furthermore, Joshua volunteered as an IT Support and Research Consultant, assisting over fifty final-year students with their projects. He is the Director and CEO of Amajos Enterprise. He holds a B.Ed. in Basic Education and online Certificates in Research Design: Inquiry and Discovery from the University of North Texas and Professional Project Management Certificates from Google. One of his key strengths is risk analysis and management, allowing him to anticipate potential obstacles and implement proactive measures to mitigate them. He is proficient in project management tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Asana and Kobocollect. Joshua is a creative and vibrant team player with a passion for project management and a strong drive to bring ideas to fruition.
